Welcome to TimePlotter (the "App"). By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimePlotter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description and Purpose

TimePlotter is a tool for personal and professional organization. It is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific needs or that its results will lead to any particular outcome.

3. User Responsibility

  • Content: You are solely responsible for all data, text, and information you input into TimePlotter.
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TimePlotter IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Damages: Danilo Fiumi and TimePlotter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss, whether due to system failure, local hardware issues, or user error. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups.

5. Payments and Refunds

We aim to provide a reliable service. If the service is discontinued before the end of a paid subscription period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Otherwise, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

TimePlotter and its original content (excluding user-provided data) are the property of Danilo Fiumi and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Danilo Fiumi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
